Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of carrying so much on your own? You may be longing for a sense of relief, clarity, or even just a place to pause and catch your breath. Therapy can be that space—a place to begin again, at your own pace.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, and I take a person-centered, relationship-based approach to therapy. I believe that meaningful change begins in a safe and supportive connection, where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued.
At Shiloh Wellness Collective, I view therapy as a space for restoration. My work is grounded in a whole-body approach, integrating trauma-focused and somatic care, expressive arts, and cognitive techniques. Together, we’ll gently explore your experiences, build awareness, and reconnect with the strengths you already carry—helping you move toward a life that feels more balanced, resilient, and aligned.
Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in the simple, grounding parts of life—time with my family, caring for my dogs and plants, and living with a deep belief in grace…lots of grace. That same spirit of gentleness and compassion is something I bring into my work with every client.
